What age is the Discoverer for?
IGLU recommends the Discoverer for children aged 6 to 36 months. Adapt the height and arrangement to what your child can already do independently.
How much space do I need?
The official diagram shows approximately 100 × 80 cm. IGLU recommends at least 2.5 m² of clear play space around the set.
What are the dimensions?
The diagram labels several 40 cm measurements, a 40 cm highest point, a 40 × 40 × 5 cm mat and a roller with a 15 cm diameter. Unlabelled module dimensions are not estimated.
How many pieces are included?
The Discoverer consists of seven separate foam modules and is delivered in one box.
What are the blocks made from?
Firm closed-cell PE foam with PVC artificial leather. IGLU states that the materials are free from BPA and phthalates.
Does every piece have Velcro or an anti-slip base?
No. IGLU states that not every shape has Velcro or anti-slip features. Product images show these only on certain undersides.
How do I clean the set?
Use a soft damp cloth and mild soap when needed. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive sponges and excess moisture.
Where is the Discoverer made?

I recommend this course, which is simply excellent quality. The child develops motor skills, gains confidence and lets their imagination run free. My daughter cannot do without it anymore, and it has helped her development a great deal.
